Owner doesn't Honor Restaurant.com certificates, won't honor agreement that brought me to his restaurant.

The owner of this restaurant signed an agreement with Restaurant.com. They then sold a certain number of them to the public. Then the owner decided that he didn't want to honor his agreement. Put up a sign on his door that said will not except these anymore. So I go there only because of the certificate I bought. I see this when we get there. After talking with waitress and manager, I go talk with the owner about this. He tells me he can't help me, he isn't going to honor his agreement with them and that they are a horrible company. I agreed with him, they are a horrible company because without them I wouldn't be in his restaurant. Now I understand he doesn't want to honor it. But i went from talking with my server about this to the manager, to the owner. At that point you'd figure he'd want to please the customer. This owner doesn't. So I won't be going back.
